First Floor
2 Bedrooms, sleeping a maximum of four people & a baby, main bedroom consisting of a double bed, sofa, chest of drawers,wardrobe,bedside tables, lamps, colour portable tv, hairdryer, ample room for a travel cot, second bedroom has 2 single beds, bedside table and lamp, wardrobe with drawer space, landing area with separate toilet and wash hand basin.

Front of Property
Patio area with patio furniture. Ample parking in the Car Park to the front of Westbourne House.

WHAT IS INCLUDED
Oil Central heating and electricity. Beds have duvets and 2 pillows per person.

An onsite Laundry which consists of coin operated Washing Machine and separate dryer, an iron, ironing board along with seperate drying green.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING
Duvet covers, bottom sheets, pillow cases, towels, bath mats, tea towels and table cloths (as required).
