Please read these terms and conditions carefully, as a contract between you and Westbourne will come into existence upon the date in which you pay a deposit, to reserve any self catering accommodation.
Our standard check in time is between 13.30 - 16.30 hours, please advise if wishing to arrive outside of these times. Westbourne is a small family run business, there is no receptionist on duty around the clock, check in times are important to us as we like to be available to greet our guests on arrival, it is therefore helpful to us to let us know an approximate arrival time.
Check Out by 10.00 am
Upon booking a deposit equal to 50% of the total booking amount will be payable, which will be set against payment or become payable to us in accordance with our ‘cancellations policy’ (see below), the final balance will be taken 48 hrs before arrival from the card given at the time of booking, unless the person who made the booking advises otherwise. All payments can be made with a credit/debit card, if wishing to pay by Visa or MasterCard an additional 2.5% charge is added. In addition a £50.00 cash damage key return deposit is required for each of our self-catering accommodations which is returned on departure, once the property has been checked.
